Patricija Rot, registration number 2656078000, with business address at Železna cesta 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, we consider personal data protection seriously and responsibly. We handle the personal data that you provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the law governing protection of personal data and other applicable laws and regulations governing data protection.

Which personal data do we process and for what purpose?
For the purpose of performing services ordered by you (i.e for performance of the contract) , responding to your inquiries or for sending you information or news regarding events and changes to the legislation we collect and process your personal data, namely: name and surname, e-mail address, address, telephone number, name and address of the company where you are employed or for which you are performing duties or in which you hold any function/position and your position and other information regarding the company where you are employed or for which you are performing duties or in which you hold any function/position.

On which legal basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data on the basis of the law and on the basis of your express consent (when there is no ground on the law itself for processing of your personal data).
How long will we retain your personal data?
We process your personal data as long as necessary for the provision of services for you, and after our contractual relationship is terminated for as long as necessary for tax or other legal requirements. After expiry of our relationship we will keep processing your personal information (until withdrawal of your consent) for the purposes of sending you information or news regarding events and changes to the legislation and for other (direct) marketing purposes.
Personal data processed based on your consent will be retained until you withdraw your consent, but not longer than for five years after the end of the calendar year in which you have given your consent.
Will we disclose your personal data to third parties or transfer them outside the EU?
We will disclose your personal data only to those third parties who perform services for us (such as, for example services of data hosting for data storage, IT services, communication services,..). Third parties must ensure appropriate safeguards for the protection of your personal data. We will disclose your personal data to third parties also when required under the applicable laws.
What are your rights regarding personal data processing?
You can request access to your personal data, their correction or erasure or request restriction of processing or object to the processing of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to data portability of your personal data. You can send your request to info@rot-op.si. We may request that you provide proof of your identity for security reasons and in order to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or misuse of personal data.
You can withdraw your consent to the personal data processing for the purposes of sending you notifications and news and for the purposes of (direct) marketing at any time, whereby the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing on the basis of this consent in the time period before your withdrawal.
In case of a data protection breach, we will notify you in accordance with the rules set forth by the applicable legislation.
We will comply with your requests without undue delay and in any case no later than in one month after the receipt of your request, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise. Considering the complexity and volume of requests this time limit can be extended for not more than two months. We will notify you of any such extension together with the reasons for the delay in one month after the receipt of the request.
If you think that we do not process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation you can file a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority (Informacijski pooblaščenec) via e-mail to gp.ip@ip-rs.si or by regular mail to the postal address Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Changes to the Privacy policy
We may change the Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, you are hereby reminded that at the visit of our Website after the change of the Privacy Policy, you will be bound by the changed Privacy Policy, therefore we advise you to review its content from time to time. For changes with respect to which your consent is required according to applicable law we will acquire your consent in a form and in a manner prescribed by applicable law.
This Privacy Policy is valid as from 1 January 2020.
