Mag. Patricija Rot has launched an independent attorney practice on 1 January 2020. Before that she was attorney at law and partner in one of the leading corporate and commercial law firms in Slovenia for more than 14 years. Mag. Patricija Rot has extensive experience in the field of commercial transactions, among others in the field of commercial contracts (in particular distribution, agency and other commercial agreements), competition law and real estate. She has been representing clients in complex disputes before Slovenian supervisory authorities, courts and (international) arbitrations. Mag. Patricija Rot obtained her Bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Ljubljana in 2002, and her Master’s degree (civil and commercial law) at the same university in 2016. The topic of her master’s thesis were distribution agreements, more precisely, she dealt with certain issues related to the termination of distribution agreements. Patricija Rot has been a member of the Slovene Bar Association since 2005.
